The MAX4104ESA+ is a low noise, low distortion op-amp in 8 pin NSOIC package. This ultra high speed, unity gain stable op-amp requires only 20mA of supply current while delivering 625MHz bandwidth and 400V/μs slew rate. Low voltage noise density of 2.1nV/√Hz at f = 1MHz and -88dBc spurious free dynamic range at fC = 5MHz make this device ideal for low noise and low distortion applications. This op-amp has wide output voltage swing of ±3.7V and ±70mA output current drive capability. The MAX4104 is used in ADC input buffers, active filters, ultrasound video buffers, cable drivers, pulse/RF telecom applications and video ADC preamp applications.
