The MAX327CSE+ is an ultra low leakage, quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This analogue switch upgrades the DG202 and DG212 with at least 100 times less leakage current. The MAX327 has 10pA maximum leakage while the DG202 has 1000pA and DG212 has 5000pA. Low leakage current supports high system accuracy and make the device useful for switching in to high impedances such as large value feedback resistors in closed loop gain configurations. The device has low charge injection of 2pC which minimizes signal error. Operation from single supplies (10V to 30V), dual supplies (±5V to ±18V) and unbalanced combinations (+12V and -5V or +5V and -15V) maximises design flexibility. The MAX327 is used in programmable applications such as integrators with long RC time constants, current to voltage converters, high gain amplifiers, voltage dividers, high accuracy data acquisition systems, sample and hold circuits, test equipments, guidance and control systems.
