The MAX313LCPE+ is a quad, +3V logic compatible SPST analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. This switch is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or +12V supplies. It conducts equally well in either direction and offers low leakage over temperature (2.5nA at +85°C). It is used in test equipment, audio signal routing, data acquisition systems, PBX systems, PABX systems, xDSL modems, sample and hold circuits.
Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 36V and ±4.5V to ±20V
Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
Normally open (NO) operation
Pin compatible with MAX312/MAX313/MAX314 and DG411/DG412/DG413 devices
