The MAX17503ATP+ is a high efficiency, synchronous step-down DC to DC converter with internal compensation in 20 pin TQFN package. This high voltage converter with dual integrated MOSFETs operates over 4.5V to 60V input. It delivers up to 2.5A and 0.9V to 90%VIN output voltage. The built-in compensation across output voltage range eliminates need for external components. The device has peak current mode control architecture with MODE feature that can be used to operate device in PWM, pulse frequency modulation (PFM) or discontinuous conduction mode (DCM) control schemes. An open-drain active-low RESET pin provides delayed power good signal to system upon achieving successful regulation of output voltage. It is used in distributed supply regulation, base station power supplies, wall transformer regulation, high voltage single board systems and general purpose point of load.
