The MAX1719EUT+T is a switched capacitor voltage inverter with shutdown in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This monolithic, CMOS charge pump inverter voltage applied to input and accept input voltage ranging from +1.4V to +5.5V at TA = + 25°C and operate at 125KHz. High efficiency, small external components and logic controlled shutdown make this device ideal for both battery powered and board level voltage conversion applications. An oscillator control circuitry and four power MOSFET switches are included on-chip. A typical application is generating a -5V supply from a +5V logic supply to power analogue circuitry. It is used in local negative supply from a positive supply, small LCD panels, GaAs PA bias supply, handy terminals and PDAs.
