The MAX16051ETI+ is a voltage monitor/sequencer circuit with reverse sequencing capability on shutdown in 28 pin TQFN package. It monitors up to 6 voltages and sequences up to 5 voltages. This easy to use monitor/sequencer provides an adjustable delay as each supply is turned on and it monitor each power supply voltage. A power-on-reset (POR) output deasserts and allows microcontroller (μC) to operate when all of the voltages reach their final values and reset delay timer expires. If any voltage falls below its threshold, the reset output asserts and all voltage supplies are turned off. During a power-down event, the MAX16051 can reverse sequence outputs. It also provides internal pull down circuitry that turns on during power-down to help discharge large output capacitors. The MAX16051 is used in servers, workstations, networking systems, telecom equipments and storage systems.
