The MAX11637EEE+ is a low cost, 8-channel, serial 12bit analogue to digital converter (ADC) with differential track/hold and internal reference in 16 pin QSOP package. This device has on-chip 16 entry FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown function. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. The MAX11637 has 8 input channels. It operates from either +3V supply and contains 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial port. The device has supply current of 2300μA at fSAMPLE = 300Ksps (internal reference) and 1500μA at fSAMPLE = 300Ksps (external reference).
