The MAX1031BEEG+ is a 10bit, 16-channel serial ADC with FIFO, temperature sensor and internal reference in 24 pin QSOP package. This low power device has on-chip FIFO, scan mode, internal clock mode, internal averaging and AutoShutdown function. It has internal track and hold (T/H) circuitry that supports single ended and fully differential inputs. Data is converted from an internal temperature sensor or analogue voltage sources in a variety of channel and data acquisition configurations. The maximum sampling rate is 300Ksps using an external clock. All input channels are configurable for single ended or differential inputs in unipolar or bipolar mode. It operates from 3V supply and contains 10MHz SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE compatible serial ports. It is used in system supervision, data acquisition systems and data logging.
