The LM4041BIX3-1.2+T is a precision micropower shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SC-70 package. This two terminal bandgap voltage reference has fixed reverse breakdown voltage of 1.225V. It is ideal for space critical applications. Laser trimmed resistors ensure precise initial accuracy of 0.2% with average reverse voltage temperature coefficient of ±20ppm/°C at IR = 10mA. The LM4041 has 60μA to 12mA shunt current capability with low dynamic impedance ensuring stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. It does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load.
