The IH5042CPE+ is a general purpose CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin DIP package. This is a single SPDT switch featuring low 5nA leakage current and a quiescent current of less than 10μA. It also features break before make switching operation and low charge injection. Typical applications include sample and hold circuits, test equipment, PBX, PABX, guidance and control systems and military radios.
