The DG445DY+ is an improved quad SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This device features low on-resistance matching between switch (4ohm max) and on-resistance flatness over the signal range (9ohm max) and low on-resistance switch conduct equally well in either direction. This switch is used in sample and hold circuits, heads-up displays, guidance & control systems, military radios, PBX, PABX and battery operated systems.
