The DG417LDY+ is a precision SPST CMOS analogue switch in 8 pin NSOIC package. This switch is +3V logic compatible when powered from ±15V or ±12V supplies. It conducts equally well in either direction. It also has low charge injection and low power consumption. The DG417L offers low off leakage current over temperature (less than 5nA at +85°C). Switching times are less than 175ns for tON and less than 185ns for tOFF. The digital input has a +0.8V logic low threshold and +2V logic high threshold ensuring +3V TTL and CMOS logic compatibility. The device is used in sample and hold circuits, test equipments, guidance and control systems, battery operated systems, military radios, PBX and PABX systems.
