The DG403DY+ is a dual high speed SPDT analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This low on-resistance switch conducts equally well in either direction. It has low charge injection of 15pC maximum. The new design offers low off leakage current of less than 5nA at +85°C. Switching times are 150ns maximum for tON and 100ns maximum for tOFF with maximum power consumption of 35μW. The DG403 is fabricated with 44V silicon gate process. It is used in sample and hold circuits, guidance and control systems, battery operated systems, military radios, test equipment, heads-up displays, audio signal routing, PBX and PABX systems.
