The 78M6613-IM/F is a single phase AC power measurement device in 32 pin QFN package. It is a highly integrated IC for simplified implementation of single phase AC power measurement in power supplies, smart appliances and other applications with embedded AC load monitoring and control. Voltages from sensors are fed to Single Converter Technology that uses 22bit delta sigma ADC, independent 32bit compute engine (CE), digital temperature compensation and precision voltage references. The integrated MPU core and 32KB of flash memory provides a flexible means of configuration, post processing, data formatting and interfacing to any host processor through UART interface or DIO pins. Application firmware, array of ICE, development tools and programming libraries are available to allow customization for each application. It is used for true RMS calculations for current, voltage, line frequency, real power, reactive power, apparent power and power factor.
