The 78M6612-IGT/F is a single phase, dual outlet power and energy measurement IC in 64 pin LQFP package. This monitoring system-on-chip (SoC) includes a 32bit compute engine (CE), an MPU core, RTC and flash. This Single Converter Technology with a 22bit delta sigma ADC, 4 analogue inputs, digital temperature compensation & precision voltage reference supports a wide range of single phase, dual outlet power measurement applications with very few external components. With measurement technology leveraged from Maxim's flagship utility metering ICs, device offers features including 32KB of flash program memory, 2KB shared RAM, 3 low power modes with internal timer or external event wake-up, 2 UARTs, I2C/MICROWIRE EEPROM I/F and an in-system programmable flash.
