The 78M6610+PSU/B00 is an energy measurement processor (EMP) for single-phase power supply units in 24 pin TQFN package. It is designed to interface the host processor via the UART interface. It provides four analogue inputs (two differential and two single ended) for interfacing to voltage, current and two optional temperature sensors. The scaled voltages from sensors are fed to single converter front-end utilizing a high-resolution delta-sigma converter. An embedded 24bit energy measurement processor (EMP) and firmware performs all necessary computation, compensation and data formatting for accurate, real time reporting to host. IC with integrated flash memory is a completely autonomous solution capable of storing non-volatile data such as calibration coefficients and input configuration settings. It is specifically used for real time monitoring at the input of AC/DC power converters used in data centres and IT server rooms.
