The 71M6513-IGTR/F is a single chip, 3-phase energy meter IC in 100 pin LQFP package. This polyphase meter IC integrates all primary functional blocks required to implement a solid state electricity meter. It is a highly integrated system-on-chip (SoC) with an MPU core, real time clock (RTC), flash and LCD driver. The Single Converter Technology with 21bit delta sigma ADC, six analogue inputs, digital temperature compensation, precision voltage reference and 32bit computation engine (CE) supports a wide range of polyphase metering applications with very few low cost external components. A 32KHz crystal time base for entire system and internal battery back-up supports for RAM and RTC reduces system cost. Maximum design flexibility is supported with multiple UARTs, I2C, power fail comparator, 5V LCD charge pump, up to 22 DIO pins and an in-system programmable flash.
