The LTC2377CMS-18#PBF is a low noise, low power high speed successive approximation registers Analog-to-digital Converter (ADC). Operating from a 2.5V supply, the ADC has a ±VREF fully differential input range with VREF ranging from 2.5 to 5.1V. The ADC consumes only 6.8mW and achieves ±1.75LSB INL maximum, no missing codes at 18-bit with 102dB SNR. The fast 500ksps throughput with no cycle latency makes the ADC ideally suited for a wide variety of high speed applications. The ADC automatically powers down between conversions, leading to reduced power dissipation that scales with the sampling rate. The ADC features unique digital gain compression function, which eliminates the driver amplifiers negative supply while preserving the full resolution of the ADC. For a typical reference voltage of 5V, the full-scale input range is now 0.5 to 4.5V, which provides adequate headroom for powering the driving amplifier from a single 5.5V supply.
