The LDE series capacitors from Kemet are automotive grade, unencapsulated stacked chip polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) film capacitors. The LDE series are general purpose film capacitors designed for highest reliability and high temperature service. Typical applications include bypassing and signal coupling. It is not suitable for across the line application.
