The F161 series capacitors from Kemet are automotive grade, encapsulated stacked chip polyester (PET) film capacitors. These capacitors are encapsulated in a self extinguishing material meeting the requirements of UL94 V-0 standard. The F161 series are general purpose film capacitors designed for highest reliability. Typical applications include bypassing and signal coupling.
