The ISP752R is a 1-output Smart Power high-side vertical power FET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback and monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS? technology. It provides embedded protective functions, reverse battery protection with external resistor and open drain diagnostic output for over-temperature and short-circuit.
