The 1EDI20I12AFXUMA1 is a 1EDI EiceDRIVER compact separate output variant for IGBT in 8 pin DSO package. This galvanically isolated single channel IGBT driver provides minimum output currents up to 6A at separated output pins. The input logic pins operate on a wide input voltage range from 3V to 15V using CMOS threshold levels to support even 3.3V microcontroller. The data transfer across isolation barrier is realized by coreless transformer technology. It is used in AC and brushless DC motor drives, high voltage DC/DC converter and DC/AC-inverter, induction heating resonant application, UPS-systems, welding and solar.
