The GS74108AGP-10I is a 4MB high speed CMOS Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) organized as 524288 words by 8-bit. Static design eliminates the need for external clocks or timing strobes. The GS74108A operates on a single 3.3V power supply and all inputs and outputs are TTL-compatible.
