The GS71116AGP-12 is a 1MB high speed CMOS Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) organized as 65536 words by 16-bit. Static design eliminates the need for external clocks or timing strobes. Operating on a single 3.3V power supply and all inputs and outputs are TTL-compatible.
