The S9S12G128F0MLF is an ultra-reliable general purpose 16-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced S12 CPU with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 25MHz. The device incorporates 128kB internal flash, 8kB internal RAM, 4kB EEPROM, 12-channel 10-bit A/D converter and 40 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one CAN 2.0 A, B software compatible module, three serial communications interface (SCI) and two serial peripheral interface modules (SPI).
