The S9KEAZN64AMLC is a Kinetis EA ultra-reliable 32-bit Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M0+ RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. The device incorporates 64kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, 256 bytes EEPROM, one 12-bit SAR A/D converter, one 6-bit D/A converter, an analog comparator and 28 general-purpose I/O pins.
