The S9KEAZ128AMLK is a Kinetis EA ultra-reliable 32-bit Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M4 RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. The device incorporates 128kB internal flash, 16kB internal RAM, one 12-bit SAR A/D converter, MSCAN module (MSCAN) and 71 general-purpose I/O pins.
