The MVF60NN151CMK50 is a Vybrid VF6xx series 32-bit Microcontroller based on dual-core ARM Cortex-A5 and Cortex-M4 operates at a maximum frequency of 500MHz. The device incorporates 1.5MB on-chip SRAM, six universal asynchronous receivers/transmitters (UART)/serial communications interface (SCI) with LIN, ISO7816, IrDA and hardware flow control, four deserial serial peripheral interface (DSPI), four inter-integrated circuit (I2C) with SMBUS support, dual USB OTG controller + PHY, dual 4/8 bit secure digital host controller, dual 10/100 Ethernet with L2 Switch (IEEE 1588) and dual FlexCAN3. Vybrid devices also provide a powerful combination of on-chip encryption, secure boot, anti-tamper and anti-clone capabilities to secure sensitive or critical infrastructure applications.
