The MKL02Z16VFM4 is a 32-bit Kinetis KL0x entry-level Ultra-low-power Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M0+ RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 48MHz. The device incorporates 16kB internal flash, 2kB internal RAM, one 12-bit SAR A/D converter, general purpose PWM and 28 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features communication interfaces like one UART modules, one SPI module and two I2C modules.
