The MKE02Z64VLD4 is a 32-bit Kinetis KE02 Robust Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M0+ RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. The device incorporates 64kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, one 12-bit SAR A/D converter, two 6-bit D/A converter and 37 general-purpose I/O pins.
