The MK10DX128VFM5 is a 32-bit Kinetis K1x Baseline Microcontroller based on ARM Cortex-M4 RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 50MHz. The device incorporates 160kB internal flash, 18kB internal RAM, 2kB EEPROM, one 16-bit SAR A/D converter and 24 general-purpose I/O pins.
