The MC9S08QD4CPC is a 8-bit Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (8MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 16MHz. The device incorporates 4kB internal flash, 0.256kB internal RAM, 4-channel 10-bit A/D converter and 6 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features like low voltage detect, internal clock generator and PWM/input capture/output compare timers. Internal clock source module (ICS) containing a frequency-locked-loop (FLL) controlled by internal reference. Precision trimming of internal reference allows 0.2% resolution and 2% deviation over temperature and voltage. Watchdog computer operating properly (COP) reset with option to run from dedicated 32kHz internal clock source.
