The MC9S08LL64CLH is a 8-bit Application-specific Microcontroller based on enhanced HCS08 CPU (20MHz bus) with CISC architecture operates at a maximum frequency of 40MHz. The device incorporates 64kB internal flash, 4kB internal RAM, 8-channel 12-bit A/D converter and 38 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features peripherals like one inter-integrated circuit (IIC) bus module to operate at up to 100kbps, one serial peripheral interface modules (SPI), two serial communications interface (SCI) and an analog comparator. Breakpoint capability to allow single breakpoint setting during in-circuit debugging and plus two more breakpoints in on-chip debug module.
