The NC7WZ17P6X is a TinyLogic? UHS Dual Buffer with Schmitt trigger inputs. This device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed with high output drive, while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC operating range. The inputs and outputs are high-impedance when VCC is 0V. Schmitt trigger inputs achieve 1V typical hysteresis between the positive and negative-going input threshold voltage at 5V.
tPD 3.6ns Typical into 50pF at 5V VCC ultra high speed
±24mA at 3V VCC High output drive
1.65 to 5.5V Broad VCC operating range
3.3V VCC Matches performance of LCX
Power down high impedance inputs/output
Overvoltage tolerant inputs facilitate 5V to 3V translation
