The XRP7659ISTR-F is a 1.5A 18V non synchronous current-mode PWM Step-down Regulator reduces the overall component count and solution footprint. The regulator with a 1.4MHz constant operating frequency, integrated high-side MOSFET and has loop compensation. Current-mode control provides fast transient response and cycle-by-cycle current limit. An integrated soft-start prevents inrush current at turn-ON and in shutdown mode the supply current drops to 0.1μA.
