The SCS-2-023 is a single-pole double-throw (SPDT) 2-circuit through-hole changeover triple-line DIP Switch with large numerals and EIA colour coded sliders. The SCS series Spectra-C 023-style switch using a third common contact pin halve the PCB area to maximize code setting on crowded PCBs. It is also used widely for 2-state, pull up/pull down resistor setting.
