The SD107WS-7-F is a surface mount Schottky Barrier Diode with matte tin finish annealed over alloy 42 lead frame (lead free plating) leads, UL94V-0 moulded plastic case and cathode band polarity. Guard ring die construction for transient protection. Ideal for low logic level applications.
