The B360-13-F is a surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier with lead-free matte-tin plated terminals, UL94V-0 flammability-rated moulded plastic case and cathode band polarity. The barrier rectifier features guard ring die construction for transient protection, low power loss and high efficiency. Ideally suited for automated assembly.
