The AT series capacitors from AVX are class II high temperature multilayer ceramic chip capacitors with VHT dielectric material. These high temperature chip capacitor with verified capability of long term operation up to 200°C offers high current handling capabilities, high volumetric efficiency, high insulation resistance and low ESR/ESL.
