The HLMP-1600 is a 3mm 5V Integrated Resistor LED Lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from a 5V source without an external current limiter. The high efficiency red is a GaAsP on a GaP substrate. The diffused lamp provides a wide off-axis viewing angle.
