The AT24C64D-XHM-B is a 65536-bit standard I2C serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 8192 words of 8-bit each. The device cascadable feature allows up to eight devices to share a common 2-wire bus.
