The EVAL-AD7960FMCZ is a fully featured evaluation Kit designed to demonstrate the performance of the AD7960 ADC. The AD7960 is an 18bit, 5MSPS charge redistribution successive approximation (SAR), analogue to digital converter (ADC). The SAR architecture allows unmatched performance both in noise and in linearity. The AD7960 contains a low power, high speed, 18bit sampling ADC, an internal conversion clock and an internal reference buffer. The evaluation board operates in conjunction with the system demonstration platform (SDP) board, EVAL-SDP-CH1Z. The user PC software executable controls the evaluation board over the USB through the system demonstration platform board (SDP). The evaluation software is provided to enable the user to perform detailed analysis of the AD7960's performance.
