The EVAL-AD5064EBZ is an evaluation board for Quad, 16bit, serial input, Voltage output DAC AD5064. The AD5064 operates from a single 4.5V to 5.5V supply. There is an external reference, which is the REF195 on this evaluation board. The evaluation board interfaces to the USB port of an IBM compatible PC. Software is available with the evaluation board allowing the user to easily program the AD5064. The AD5064 are low power, quad 12/14/ 16bit buffered voltage output nanoDAC converters that offer relative accuracy specifications of 1 LSB INL and 1 LSB DNL with the AD5064 individual reference pin and the AD5064-1 common reference pin options. The parts use a versatile 3 wire, low power Schmitt trigger serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 50MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI, Microwire, and DSP interface standards.
