The ADRF6601-EVALZ is an evaluation board for 750MHz to 1160MHz Rx mixer device ADRF6601. This board is fully populated, 4-layer, Rogers 4350 based evaluation board. A 5V/300mA power supply is required. The evaluation board can be programmed through the USB port of a PC running windows XP or vista with Microsoft .NET framework 3.5 installed. The ADRF6601 is a high dynamic range active mixer with an integrated phase locked loop (PLL) and a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO). The PLL/synthesiser uses a fractional-N PLL to generate a fLO input to the mixer. The reference input can be divided or multiplied and then applied to the PLL phase frequency detector (PFD).
