The ADR380ARTZ is a Precision Low Drift 2.0V Voltage Reference features high accuracy, high stability and low power consumption. Patented temperature drift curvature correction techniques minimize nonlinearity of the voltage change with temperature. The wide operating range and low power consumption make it ideal for 3 to 5V battery-powered applications. The ADR380 is micropower, low dropout voltage (LDV) devices that provide a stable output voltage from supplies as low as 300mV above the output voltage. This is ideal to use in battery-powered instrumentation and hard disk drives as well as industrial process control systems applications.
