The ADG221KNZ is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) monolithic quad CMOS Analog Switch designed on an enhanced LC2MOS process which gives an increased signal handling capability of ±15V. It features high switching speeds and low RON and on-chip latches facilitate microprocessor interfacing.
