The AD9747BCPZ is a pin-compatible 16-bit high dynamic range dual Digital-to-analog Converter (DAC) with sample rates of up to 250 MSPS. The device includes specific features for direct conversion transmits applications, including gain and offset compensation and it interfaces seamlessly with analog quadrature modulators. Proprietary, dynamic output architecture permits synthesis of analog outputs even above Nyquist by shifting energy away from the fundamental and into the image frequency. A serial peripheral interface (SPI) port provides full programmability. In addition, some pin-programmable features are offered for those applications without a controller.
Low noise and intermodulation distortion
LVCMOS Inputs with dual-port or optional interleaved 1-port operation
Auxiliary 10-bit current DAC with source/sink capability for external offset nulling
