The AD8628ARZ is a Zero-Drift Rail-to-rail Input/Output Operational Amplifier features ultralow offset, drift and bias current. Operation is fully specified from 2.7 to 5V single supply. It provides benefits previously found only in expensive auto-zeroing or chopper-stabilized amplifier. No external capacitor is required. In addition, the AD8628 greatly reduces the digital switching noise found in most chopper-stabilized amplifier. With an offset voltage of only 1μV, drift of less than 0.005μV/°C and noise of only 0.5μV p-p (0 to 10Hz), the op amp is suited for applications where error sources cannot be tolerated. Position and pressure sensors, medical equipment and strain gage amplifiers benefit greatly from nearly zero drift over their operating temperature range. Many systems can take advantage of the rail-to-rail input and output swings provided by the AD8628 to reduce input biasing complexity and maximize SNR.
