The AD8542ARUZ-REEL from Analog Devices is a CMOS, dual, rail to rail, single supply amplifier in 8 lead TSSOP package. This general purpose, input and output amplifier features very low supply current and 1MHz bandwidth. It operates from a 2.7V single supply as well as a 5V supply. This device provides 1MHz bandwidth at a low current consumption of 45μA per amplifier. Very low input bias currents enable the AD8542 to be used for integrators, photodiode amplifiers, piezoelectric sensors and other applications with high source impedance. The supply current is only 45μA per amplifier, ideal for battery operation. Rail to rail inputs and outputs are useful to designers buffering ASICs in single supply systems. The AD8542 is optimized to maintain high gains at lower supply voltages, making them useful for active filters and gain stages. It has large signal voltage gain of 40V/mV (RL = 100Kohm, VO = 0.5 to 2.2V) at VS = 5V, -40°C <= TA <= +125°C.
