The AD5024BRUZ is a low power quad 12-bit buffered voltage output Digital-to-analog Converter (DAC) offers relative accuracy specifications of 1LSB INL and 1LSB DNL with the AD5024 individual reference pin. The AD5024 can operate from a single 4.5 to 5.5V supply. The nanoDAC? AD5024 also offers a differential accuracy specification of ±1LSB. The part uses a versatile 3-wire, low power Schmitt trigger serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 50MHz and is compatible with standard SPI, QSPI?, MICROWIRE? and DSP interface standards. Integrated reference buffers and output amplifiers are also provided on-chip. The AD5024 incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to zero scale or midscale and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The AD5024 contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to typically 400nA at 5V and provides software selectable output loads while in power-down mode.
